Also known as the Indus Valley civilization, was one of the earliest civilizations in world history, dating back to around 3300 BC. It was located in the northwestern region of the Indian subcontinent, in what is now present-day Pakistan and western India. The civilization was primarily urban, with well-planned cities and advanced drainage systems.
“As I journey through time once again and arrive in ancient India, I am struck by the stark contrast to the civilization I just visited. The landscape is lush and green, with the smell of spices and incense filling the air. The people here are dressed in colorful, ornate clothing and jewelry, and they are engaged in a bustling trade and commerce. I can see the great Indus Valley cities in the distance, with their advanced drainage systems and well-planned streets. I am excited to explore these ancient cities and learn more about the Indus Valley civilization and their mysterious script. I can see people engaged in various activities like farming, weaving, metalworking and pottery. I am eager to discover more about their religion and culture. This journey through time is truly a journey through history and cultures.”
